The second vintage of the new St. Emilion Grand Cru, 2008 Château Edmus will be introduced for the first time in the United States at Federal Wine & Spirits on Wednesday, January 19th from 5:00 - 7:00 p.m.The Château Edmus winemaking team is lead by Stéphane Derenoncourt. Stéphane created his firm Vignerons Consultants after completing training as maitre de chai at Château Pavie Maquin. He is known throughout the area as one of the most active forces in the revival of the right bank region. Today he serves as a consultant for many wineries all over the world. He and his many projects were recently featured in Wine Spectator magazine. Federal Wine & Spirits is located at 29 State Street, Boston, MA 02109.
